Join Canada, Eh! Live on Stage - the most Canadian comedy sketch show ever!

51st state? We say nay! Join Canada, Eh! Live on Stage

This is Canada, and it’s aboot to get sketchy… The satirical (and mildly viral) social media experiment “Join Canada, Eh” has been turned into a comedy sketch show that is hitting the stage in Toronto this June!

Elbows up, bud. Join Canada, Eh! Live on Stage celebrates everything wonderfully weird about Canadian culture – we’re reclaiming stereotypes and roasting ourselves harder than a Tim Hortons double-double! And don’t worry – our southern neighbours aren’t safe from the shade either!

PS: We are not affiliated with the Canadian government.

The comedy sketch show that's more Canadian than a beaver in a Tim Hortons, apologizing to a hockey puck while eating poutine in a snowstorm, eh?

About Join Canada, Eh.

51st state? We say nay!
11th province? You say: Eh?!

Remember when over a million Americans actually voted for their state to become Canada’s 11th province?

In response to certain statements by certain presidents, “Join Canada, Eh” started as a satirical social experiment that asked Americans to vote for their state to become Canada’s 11th province. Our aim was to embrace the absurdity of the times from a Canadian perspective, proving that even in dark moments, humour can prevail without compromising our values or joy.

This sparked an unexpected outpouring of love for Canada, and thoughtful dialogue between Americans and Canadians. We ended up crafting a space where people could voice concerns and share laughs. Amidst uncertainty, we found common ground, celebrating our differences and fostering unity – in the most Canadian way possible!

Canada, the True North, Strong and Free

Canada has never lost a war (We’re too polite to mention it much, but our military record is pretty impressive, eh?)

We burned down the White House in 1814… (Sorry aboot that – but the U.S started it, eh.)

We have the most donut shops per capita in the world!

77% of the world’s maple syrup comes from Quebec. It’s basicaly OPEC, but for pancake toppings.

Frequently Asked Questions, Eh?

Remember that viral poll where over a million Americans cheekily voted to turn their state into Canada’s 11th province? We’re bringing that tongue‑in‑cheek experiment off the screen and onto the stage—bigger, bolder and 100 % more polite (well… mostly).
